Dynamic Thermal Modelling

Passivent offers specifiers the option of a dynamic thermal modelling service.

The thermal model provides architects and M&E consultants with valuable information on how the inside of a building will thermally perform throughout the year, by means of dynamic thermal simulation. This utilises the latest weather information and predicts the performance of the building over a year.  The outputs from this model can be used to predict the indoor thermal comfort and identify potential overheating issues during the summer months.

This service is particularly useful in satisfying the stringent requirements of Building Bulletin 101 for schools.
